Update On Konnan's Lawsuit Against TNA, Trial Date Set, More
To update you on Konnan's lawsuit against TNA for "racial discrimination", amongst other claims, the two parties have requested a trial date for October 26th, 2009. This follows a discovery phase involving fact finding and depositions from each side.
August 29th is the cutoff for the Discovery phase and both sides have been urged to try and mediate these issues prior to it going to trial. We'll keep you updated on the progress in the upcoming weeks.
